Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@idealskog.se with your order number.

Condition of items:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
